The Process

Signal

One week of interrogation. What the business actually sells, who it is losing, and the single sentence the site has to land. Everything downstream is measured against that sentence.

DISCOVERY · POSITIONING · 1 WEEK

Form

Type, grid, colour and one deliberate act of imbalance. We design in the browser at real widths, because a layout that only works in a static frame is a picture, not a site.

ART DIRECTION · DESIGN SYSTEM · 2 WEEKS

Motion

Scroll is the interface. Pinning, scrubbing, parallax, split text: each one earns its place or it is cut. Every effect ships with a reduced-motion path on the same day it is written.

Launch

Budgets, not hopes. Fonts self-hosted, images procedural or nothing, shaders paused off screen. We hand over the repository, the tokens and the reasoning, then we stay for a month.

A corona is only visible once everything else goes dark.

Most sites spend their contrast everywhere and land nowhere. We spend almost none of it, then spend all that is left in one place: a headline, a single moving object, one colour that appears twice on the whole page. Restraint is not a mood here. It is the mechanism.
